As a representative of W1 MUSIC, you agree to conduct yourself professionally at all times, including pre-event rehearsals, the event itself, and any post-event responsibilities. You shall:

• Respect all event staff, performers, guests, and venue property.

• Refrain from using illegal drugs or consuming excessive alcohol before, during, or after a performance.

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

• Avoid behavior that could be deemed offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe.

• Be punctual.

• Not solicit business directly from any W1 MUSIC client, venue, or guest at a W1 MUSIC event.

Breach of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without payment, as well as financial liability for any damage you cause.

Payment for services rendered will be processed in the following manner:

• W1 MUSIC will pay you a pre-agreed fee for each confirmed performance.

• W1 MUSIC will make payment within 30 days of receipt of your invoice unless otherwise agreed. In the unlikely event that payment is to take longer than 30 days, this will be agreed with you before confirmation of the Event.

• Payment will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.

You are responsible for providing invoices, accurate payment information, and for any taxes associated with your earnings.

Cancellation Initiated by You

• You must provide as much notice as possible and will forfeit any payment for that performance.

• You must suggest a suitable ‘Dep’ performer of the calibre commensurate to W1 MUSIC and stylistically appropriate for the Event.

Cancellation Initiated by the Client

• W1 MUSIC will attempt to reschedule the event.

If rescheduling isn’t possible, W1 MUSIC will pursue any monies owed on your behalf.

• You are expected to dress appropriately in accordance with the event theme, style, or branding.

• Attire should be professional, clean, and performance-ready.

Any specific dress code requirements will be communicated by W1 MUSIC in writing.

All communication must be conducted directly with W1 MUSIC, and not with the Client, venue, or any other third party.

You and W1 MUSIC agree to:

• Communicate all official correspondence regarding Events exclusively via email.

• Acknowledge that while WhatsApp and phone calls may be used for ease of communication, they must not be considered official correspondence.

• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication.

• Confirm any event changes in writing via email.

If a rehearsal is required:

• You are expected to be well-rehearsed and prepared for the event.

• Punctuality and preparedness are expected.

• The rehearsal will be treated with the same professionalism as the performance itself.

• It may be unpaid unless otherwise specified in the booking details.

• W1 MUSIC will present a booking opportunity to you with all relevant details, including but not limited to the date, time, location, duration, and fee.

  • You must confirm your availability and acceptance of the booking within 2 working days after receiving the offer.

  A booking is only considered confirmed once W1 MUSIC has written to you to confirm the event via email.

Any equipment provided by W1 MUSIC is not available for use by other performers or persons except with specific written permission of W1 MUSIC.

You hereby grant W1 MUSIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings taken during performances for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on W1 MUSIC's website, social media, and marketing materials.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, you must put the issue in writing to W1 MUSIC within 7 Days of the event.

The relationship between W1 MUSIC and you may be terminated by W1 MUSIC at any time, with immediate effect, if you fail to adhere to any of the terms and conditions set out previously.

In the event of such termination, you shall not be entitled to any compensation for future bookings and may be liable for any damages or losses incurred by W1 MUSIC as a result of your breach of the terms and conditions.

The relationship between W1 MUSIC and you may be terminated by you at any time, with immediate effect, however:

• You will be obliged to fulfil any confirmed bookings or find suitable ‘Dep’ performers with written consent from W1 MUSIC.

• You will be obliged to request written consent from W1 MUSIC for the use of any content or material paid for and owned by W1 MUSIC.

You may be liable for any losses incurred by W1 MUSIC.
